Booking & Payment

Agency-Signed Models & Non-Signed Models:

The session fee applies to both. The fee will be discussed in advance of your shoot. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.

Travel & Studio Costs:

You are responsible for all travel costs.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. I’ll be happy to arrange a new date at no extra charge.

Deliverables

Your professionally edited images will be delivered within 1 week after your shoot.
Additional retouched images or specific editing requests can be arranged at an additional fee, discussed prior to delivery.
You agree not to edit, crop, retouch, apply filters in any way.

Usage Rights

The images provided are licensed for personal and portfolio use only.
Any commercial usage (for brands, paid campaigns, advertisements, etc.) requires a separate licensing agreement.
I retain the right to use images from our session for promotional purposes, including on my website, social media, portfolio and competition entries.

Shoot Duration

Each session typically lasts 2–4 hours, including shooting and image review time. This is a little flexible unless other bookings take place after yours.

On the Day

Please arrive on time and bring all agreed wardrobe items and styling essentials.
Hair, makeup, and styling are your responsibility. If you’d like help finding trusted professionals, I can provide recommendations, but coordination and payment will remain your responsibility.
